As a Virtual Receptionist at Liveforce, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, directing calls, and assisting with general questions. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented person who can manage multiple tasks and keep interactions smooth and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, respond to chat inquiries, and manage emails professionally, ensuring all communications reflect Liveforce’s friendly and efficient service.
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Assist clients with general questions about Liveforce services, features, and account navigation.
- Schedule meetings or follow-up calls for team members as needed and manage calendars with accuracy.
- Recognize when inquiries require further support and escalate appropriately, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, phone systems, and other communication tools.
- Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in messages and client interactions.
- Ability to handle client concerns with patience and find quick, effective solutions.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts or time zones, as needed.
