Description
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and showcase the value of Liveforce. This role is ideal for a social media professional who enjoys storytelling, building communities, and analyzing results to refine content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar, aligning with marketing goals and upcoming product launches.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia to share across all social media platforms.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
- Maintain and evolve Liveforce’s unique voice and messaging style across all social platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics, using insights to adjust strategies and improve engagement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer sentiment to stay informed and relevant in our messaging.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive branding and communication.
Requirements
- 2+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content types, with experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling and concise copy.
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform analytics) to assess engagement and identify trends.
- Ability to think outside the box, keeping content fresh, creative, and aligned with brand identity.
- Ability to quickly adjust strategies based on platform updates and changing trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage a content calendar and multiple projects simultaneously.
