We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll play a key role in generating interest in Liveforce and setting up our sales team for success. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in sales at a tech-forward company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial outreach to understand the prospect’s needs, qualify leads, and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings between qualified leads and the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions and activities in the CRM.
- Build rapport with prospects and educate them on the benefits of Liveforce to keep them engaged.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach and qualified meetings, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Gather insights from interactions to inform marketing and sales strategies and identify trends in customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Motivation to succeed in a sales role, with a proactive approach to learning and achieving goals.
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools; able to learn new platforms quickly.
- Strong ability to prioritize, organize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and use feedback constructively.
