We’re on the hunt for a proactive, entry-level Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and helping drive our growth. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective clients and potential leads using online tools and databases.
- Engage with potential clients through email, social media, and outbound calls to assess their interest and qualify leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate lead information and notes on outreach efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads and ensure a smooth handoff process.
- Gather insights from lead interactions to help inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Track and report lead generation metrics and share regular updates with the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Accuracy in managing and updating lead information in the CRM.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead generation tools; comfortable learning new technology.
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive approach to generating and following up on leads.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments, particularly sales and marketing.
